I discovered a neat little website today which I thought I’d share here. It’s a site which starts by asking you to think of a character (real or ficticious) and then it will proceed to ask you a series of questions in order to deduce whom you have in mind. I’ve had a few goes at it today, and it’s rather addictive as I keep trying to think of a “harder” person! Haven’t had any success in stumping it yet 😛
The site is called Akinator. If you’d like to give your favourite classic book character a try, let us know how it goes!
For example, I thought of Mr Knightley from “Emma” by Jane Austen. It took Akinator 26 questions (and one wrong guess, surprise surprise it suggested Mr Darcy first) to get it right, and then told me that Mr Knightely had been tried 178 times already.

Helen is a strange combination of fiction editor and web strategist. That’s because she loves fiction and the internet – and analytics! A former business analyst and IT support manager, Helen now spends her time parenting her three children as well as running her editing and web agency businesses. As a book reviewer and fiction editor, her one true love and specialty is Christian romance fiction.
Sounds cool!
