I saw this cover and thought, “Ooooh! That is good!” I love everything about this cover – from the colour, to the scenery, to the girl, to her dress, to the mist and even the font!
Love the dramatic landscape in the distance – that tells me there’s adventure. The mist makes it all feel like a dream – but is it inviting or hostile?
Even if I’d never heard of MaryLu Tyndall before, I would definitely be grabbing this book off the shelves. In fact, I probably will when it’s released in February 2013 🙂

This is a great cover. You are missing out if you don't read any of MaryLu Tyndall's books. She has several series and some stand alone. A recent stand alone that is excellent is Veil of Pearls.

Hi Helen! Thank you so much for posting my new cover!! I have to say that when I got my first glimpse of it, I nearly fell off my chair.. I was stunned at how gorgeous it was. My publisher, Barbour, has really outdone themselves with this one! The storyline has a very mysterious element along with a heartfelt romance and deep spiritual undertones.. so they really captured all that in the cover. It's book 1 in a series that follows the adventures of a group of southerners after the Civil war who head to Brazil to start a new Southern Utopia. This will be out in Feb 2013
